In this engaging contract opportunity, you’ll work closely with a Tele SLP, collaborating as professionals to serve a diverse student population across three different buildings—elementary, middle, and high school. Within a supportive community, you’ll help deliver quality therapy to students at various learning stages.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Current SLPA certification and the ability to provide documentation
  • Experience or comfort working with school-aged children in group and individual formats
  • Solid interpersonal skills for partnering with both onsite and remote SLPs
  • Flexibility to manage a caseload of 41 students, with the ability to adapt to changes
  • Organizational strength to manage a schedule of 55 weekly 30-minute treatment sessions (16 individual, 37 group)
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with school staff and families

Your Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy to students as assigned by supervising SLP
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and session notes
  • Support individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with the Tele SLP
  • Travel between elementary, middle, and high school buildings as needed
  • Foster a welcoming and supportive environment in all interactions with students
