  • Familiarity with school-based settings or willingness to adapt to a PreK–12 student population
  • Ability to meet all district compliance requirements, including background check and standard clearances
  • Flexibility and proactive communication as building assignments are determined throughout the school year
  • Openness to exploring teletherapy options as they become available

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
  • Provide interventions following student IEPs, collaborating closely with educational teams
  • Track and document student progress, maintaining accurate and timely records
  • Foster positive communication with staff, students, and families
  • Travel between school sites within Porter County if caseload requires coverage flexibility
