In this engaging role, you’ll support a caseload of approximately 30 students at a single school site, collaborating with a dedicated educational team. Your day-to-day activities will include implementing targeted therapy plans, delivering individualized or small group sessions, and helping track student progress—always with guidance from a knowledgeable virtual SLP supervisor.
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Valid SLPA license for the state of Washington or eligibility to obtain
- Previous experience working with school-aged children or within educational settings preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to support students, staff, and families
- Comfort with technology and virtual communication tools, as supervision is provided remotely
- Compassionate, team-oriented, and organized approach to therapy services
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out evidence-based therapy activities as outlined by the supervising SLP
- Support students’ development in speech, language, and communication
- Collect data, maintain detailed records, and input progress notes as needed
- Adapt sessions or materials to ensure accessibility and engagement for all learners
- Maintain consistent communication with the virtual SLP supervisor to review planning and student needs
