These positions are available for one professional to support elementary schools and another for middle schools (middle school experience is highly valued). Qualifications:

• Current Washington SLPA licensure or willingness to obtain it promptly
• Ability or willingness to complete fingerprinting through OSPI
• Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders required
• Prior K-12 setting experience preferred; strong preference for middle school background in the middle school role
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Motivated, flexible, and passionate about student progress

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language services to assigned students under supervisor guidance
• Assist with assessments, progress monitoring, and documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and staff to support students’ communication needs
• Implement therapy plans and adapt materials for individual or small group work
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development
