Ideal candidates will bring a blend of school, healthcare, and direct therapy experience to provide comprehensive services and collaborate closely with supervising clinicians and educators.

To thrive in this role, you should have:

  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
  • Active Pennsylvania SLP license and all required clearances
  • Background working in school settings (especially Early Intervention) or healthcare environments
  • Enthusiasm for supporting communication development in early learners
  • Ability to adapt therapy techniques to individual student needs
  • Strong communication and organization skills

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering direct therapy services to students in Early Intervention programs
  • Collecting data and documenting student progress
  • Collaborating with SLPs, special education staff, and families to ensure continuity of care
  • Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to the development of student goals
  • Utilizing evidence-based practices to maximize student success
  • Maintaining compliance with state and district policies
