Qualifications and Requirements:

• Holds an active North Carolina SLPA license (required)
• Previous school-based SLPA experience strongly preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Assist Speech Language Pathologists in delivering therapy and implementing treatment plans

• Accurately document student progress and maintain thorough records
• Travel between multiple assigned schools as needed within the district
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student needs
