Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active SLPA license in Texas
• Previous experience in school settings or pediatric populations preferred
• Ability to follow directives from supervising SLPs and adapt to varied therapeutic approaches
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Organizational proficiency and documentation accuracy

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy services under the supervision of a certified SLP
• Follow individualized education plans (IEPs) and contribute to goal achievement for students
• Record and monitor student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
• Communicate regularly with classroom teachers and parents regarding student progress
• Assist in the creation and preparation of therapy materials and activities
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the collaborative educational environment
