Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Active professional license required for speech-language pathology assistants
• Recent school-based SLPA experience
• Familiarity with AAC devices is highly desirable
• Ability to serve elementary, middle, and high school students
• Flexibility to support a primary school, with occasional floating to a second location as needed
• Caseloads average 80–90 students (may flex higher depending on enrollment and candidate skill)
• Must complete state fingerprinting and background check prior to start
• Candidates must disclose prior employment within the district and any previous terminations from school districts (affidavit required)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language interventions to students under the supervision of a licensed SLP
• Support the use and training of AAC devices in the classroom
