Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) in Richmond, TX

Motivated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs) are needed for contract roles onsite at welcoming elementary campuses in East and Northwest Katy. The need is urgent, with several openings for full-time and part-time SLPs—including season-long maternity leave coverage.

As an SLP or SLPA in this dynamic environment, you’ll collaborate closely with educators and families to help students reach important milestones. Your expertise is valued—contribute directly to evaluations, therapy, and documentation, with no requirements to supervise, conduct ARDs only, or handle only evaluations. The preference is for certified SLPs (CCC) available 2-5 days per week and Clinical Fellows (CF) open to 5-day assignments.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active SLP or SLPA license required
• SLP applicants: ASHA CCC preferred for part-time or full-time; CFs encouraged to apply (full-time preferred)
• Experience or genuine interest in working with elementary-aged students
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Availability for onsite work (no remote or teletherapy)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy sessions to elementary students
• Complete timely, accurate documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, other specialists, and families
• Assist with IEP development and implementation
