A full-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) position is available at a school setting in Richmond, VA. This contract role requires flexible support across multiple grade levels to serve a diverse student population.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing speech-language therapy services primarily to middle and elementary school students.
• Managing a caseload of approximately 70 students.
• Delivering therapy three days a week at a middle school and two days a week at an elementary school.
• Collaborating with speech-language pathologists and school staff to implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Monitoring student progress and documenting therapy sessions in compliance with educational standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid SLPA certification appropriate for school and healthcare settings.
• Experience working in school environments preferred.
