Two full-time Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs) are needed for roles beginning August 26 and continuing through June 27. Qualifications:
- Valid SLPA license required (California)
- Prior experience in school or healthcare settings as an SLPA is preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively with supervising SLPs, staff, and families
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ready to begin as soon as possible—no Clinical Fellowship SLPs
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language services to a caseload of up to 55 students
- Deliver individualized and group interventions under supervision of an SLP
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reporting
- Collaborate with teaching staff and parents to support students’ academic and social communication needs
- Adapt activities and materials to meet diverse learning styles and age ranges (elementary or middle school)
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to IEP processes as needed
