Two full-time Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs) are needed for roles beginning August 26 and continuing through June 27. Qualifications:

  • Valid SLPA license required (California)
  • Prior experience in school or healthcare settings as an SLPA is preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively with supervising SLPs, staff, and families
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ready to begin as soon as possible—no Clinical Fellowship SLPs

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language services to a caseload of up to 55 students
  • Deliver individualized and group interventions under supervision of an SLP
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reporting
  • Collaborate with teaching staff and parents to support students’ academic and social communication needs
  • Adapt activities and materials to meet diverse learning styles and age ranges (elementary or middle school)
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to IEP processes as needed
