Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Speech Communications, or a related field, or an AAS degree from an SLPA program
  • Active SLPA license/certification
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage collaboratively during high-stress or crisis situations
  • Willingness and ability to travel between school sites as needed
  • Previous experience in an educational environment preferred, but not required

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and indirect speech and language services in accordance with students’ IEPs
  • Accurately document and report progress, participating in meetings when necessary
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure a supportive learning environment
  • Maintain compliance with supervision requirements and all applicable school/district procedures
  • Provide services exclusively onsite
