Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Speech Communications, or a related field, or an AAS degree from an SLPA program
- Active SLPA license/certification
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage collaboratively during high-stress or crisis situations
- Willingness and ability to travel between school sites as needed
- Previous experience in an educational environment preferred, but not required
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech and language services in accordance with students’ IEPs
- Accurately document and report progress, participating in meetings when necessary
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure a supportive learning environment
- Maintain compliance with supervision requirements and all applicable school/district procedures
- Provide services exclusively onsite
