Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
• Previous experience in a school environment is preferred, though enthusiastic new graduates are encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with certified Speech-Language Pathologists to implement individualized therapy plans
• Support students with speech, language, and communication goals through direct and group intervention
• Assist in data collection, progress monitoring, and documentation of student performance
• Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to ensure student needs are met in the classroom setting
• Participate in IEP meetings, as appropriate, and assist with related paperwork and reporting
