Desired Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting or related field
- Active SLPA license in the state of California
- Previous experience in a school environment or with pediatric populations preferred
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a larger support team
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing speech-language therapy plans as developed by supervising SLP
- Support students through direct and indirect therapy services
- Track student progress and document performance data accurately
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to optimize student outcomes
- Prepare therapy materials and contribute to maintaining a positive, inclusive environment
