Desired Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting or related field
  • Active SLPA license in the state of California
  • Previous experience in a school environment or with pediatric populations preferred
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a larger support team
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in implementing speech-language therapy plans as developed by supervising SLP
  • Support students through direct and indirect therapy services
  • Track student progress and document performance data accurately
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to optimize student outcomes
  • Prepare therapy materials and contribute to maintaining a positive, inclusive environment
