School-Based Speech Language Pathologist Assistant - Rohnert Park, CA

Key Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program
• Current SLPA licensure or eligibility in California
• Previous experience providing therapy services in school settings is preferred
• Familiarity with diverse student populations across K-12th grades
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language interventions under the direction of a supervising SLP
• Support IEP goals for students from kindergarten through high school
• Conduct screenings and routine therapy sessions, both individually and in groups
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize student success
