Desired Qualifications:
- Active California SLPA license required
- Experience working in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
- Solid understanding of speech and language development

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement treatment plans designed by supervising Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs)
- Deliver individual and small group speech therapy sessions to students, focusing on targeted speech and language goals
- Collect and document data on student progress, maintaining accurate records
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute insightful observations regarding student progress
- Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and support staff to support each student’s academic and social advancement
- Adapt strategies to address the unique communication needs of each child while encouraging participation and engagement
