Desired Qualifications:

• Valid SLPA professional licensure
• School-based SLPA experience (elementary, middle, or high school)
• Familiarity with AAC (Augmentative & Alternative Communication) devices a plus
• Ability to adapt to different caseload sizes (average 80–90 students, up to 100)
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Must complete state fingerprinting and background checks
• On-site presence required; flexibility to work full-time (37.5 hours/week) or part-time (approximately 30 hours/week)

Responsibilities Include:

• Supporting K–12 students in a school environment
