Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active SLPA state licensure required
• Previous school-based SLPA experience preferred
• Proficiency with AAC devices highly desired
• Completion of state fingerprinting and background check (time-sensitive)

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy to elementary and secondary (middle/HS) students
• Collaborate closely with supervising SLPs and educators
• Manage therapy documentation, progress reports, and caseload assignments (average 80–90 students)
• May serve primarily at one school, with possibility of floating to a second as needed
• Tailor interventions and support to diverse student needs, including those with complex communication challenges
