What you'll bring:

• Associate’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting or related field (required)
• Valid or pending California SLPA license
• Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Commitment to fostering positive relationships with students, families, and staff
• Flexibility and adaptability within dynamic environments
• Detail-oriented approach to documentation and progress tracking

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver therapy sessions under supervision of a certified SLP
• Support development and implementation of student treatment plans
• Document student progress and communicate updates to the supervising SLP
• Provide resources and reinforcement activities in individual and small group settings
• Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to maximize student success
• Participate in ongoing professional development as required
