Key Qualifications:
- Valid SLPA license or eligibility to obtain in the state
- Experience providing speech and language support in a school environment is preferred
- Knowledge of therapy practices for a range of student ages and abilities, K-12
- Commitment to collaboration and communication within the educational team
- Ability to deliver both direct and indirect services as part of IEP implementation
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting certified SLPs in conducting therapy sessions and assessments
- Working directly with students to address communication challenges, both one-on-one and in small groups
- Documenting student progress and communicating updates to supervising therapists and teaching staff
