In this role, you'll assist in delivering speech and language therapy under a licensed SLP's supervision, helping students reach communication milestones and supporting their educational success.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid SLPA licensure or certification meeting state requirements
• Experience working in schools or with pediatric populations preferred
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and adaptable in a school environment
• Ability to follow lesson plans and therapy goals as directed by supervising SLP
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Key Responsibilities:

• Support students’ speech and language development through direct and indirect therapy
• Implement individualized education program (IEP) goals and activities
• Collect data and document student progress accurately
• Prepare materials and assist in conducting group or one-on-one sessions
• Communicate with teachers and staff to promote student success
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to school policies and procedures
