Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or related field
  • Valid state licensure/certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) or eligibility to obtain
  • Experience or interest in K-12 educational settings
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to commit to a full school year assignment

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
  • Support students in achieving IEP goals within the school environment
  • Assist in conducting screenings, data collection, and documentation
  • Collaborate with educational staff and families to maximize student progress
