  • Active SLPA license in California (or eligibility)
  • Prior experience in educational or pediatric settings preferred

  • Ability to implement therapy plans developed by supervising SLPs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in conducting speech, language, and communication interventions under the supervision of a licensed SLP
  • Work one-on-one or with groups of students to carry out individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collect data and document student progress
  • Support classroom staff and families with carryover strategies
  • Foster a positive, inclusive environment for all students
  • Participate in team meetings as needed and maintain confidential records
