Step into a contract role supporting elementary students as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) in a dynamic school-based environment near Saint Paul, MN. This opportunity runs from February 17, 2026, through June 5, 2026, offering a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours each week, Monday to Friday, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch each day.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid and active Minnesota Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license is required at time of application; applicants with licenses still in process cannot be considered
  • Previous experience in an elementary school setting is a plus, but not mandatory
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families
  • Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced educational environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct therapy services to elementary students under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Assist with implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) and document student progress
  • Support students’ communication goals through targeted intervention and classroom collaboration
  • Prepare materials, keep data records, and communicate with multidisciplinary staff
  • Contribute to a supportive environment where students can make meaningful progress
