In this position, you'll collaborate closely with a dedicated team to implement individualized speech and language interventions, track student progress, and contribute meaningfully to students’ communication development. Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license in Missouri
  • Experience in a school setting or working with elementary-aged students is highly valued
  • Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques and progress tracking systems
  • Timely completion of required credentialing steps, including fingerprinting and submission of TCN number
  • Comfort with paperwork and contractor forms as part of the onboarding process

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver speech and language support services under the guidance of a supervising SLP
  • Carry out therapy plans, assist with assessments, and document student progress
  • Work one-on-one or in small groups with elementary-age children
  • Communicate and collaborate with teachers and special education staff to support student goals
  • Ensure compliance with district policies and procedures
