Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license in Missouri
- Experience in a school setting or working with elementary-aged students is highly valued
- Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques and progress tracking systems
- Timely completion of required credentialing steps, including fingerprinting and submission of TCN number
- Comfort with paperwork and contractor forms as part of the onboarding process
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver speech and language support services under the guidance of a supervising SLP
- Carry out therapy plans, assist with assessments, and document student progress
- Work one-on-one or in small groups with elementary-age children
- Communicate and collaborate with teachers and special education staff to support student goals
