What’s Needed for Success:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology Assistant license/certification
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Understanding of IEPs and ability to implement therapy plans under supervision
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated attitude toward helping students

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students as outlined in their IEPs
• Collaborate with supervising SLPs and educational staff to monitor student progress and adjust interventions
• Assist with therapy planning, material preparation, and documentation of student performance
• Communicate effectively with students, staff, and families to promote participation and progress
• Support student inclusion in classroom activities and school life
