Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Speech Communications, or related field, or AAS from an SLPA program
- Active SLPA license/certification
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, even in high-pressure or crisis situations
- Flexibility to travel between multiple school sites during the day
- Commitment to providing onsite, direct/indirect services per each student’s IEP
Responsibilities
- Deliver speech and language support services under direct supervision of licensed SLPs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and therapists
- Accurately document progress and maintain records
- Participate in professional development and ongoing training
