Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current licensure/certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
• Prior experience or strong interest in supporting children within a school setting
• Familiarity with IEP processes and student documentation preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to follow direction and collaborate effectively with virtual SLP supervision

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services to students as outlined in IEPs, following session guidelines and treatment plans provided by the supervising SLP
• Collect data and maintain accurate records on student progress and attendance
• Assist with preparation of materials and activities to enhance therapy sessions
• Communicate updates and collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary team members
• Participate in scheduled supervision sessions with the virtual SLP to ensure consistent support and professional growth
