Qualifications:

  • Valid SLPA certification
  • State licensure to practice as an SLPA in California (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Experience or interest in working with elementary, middle, and high school students
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Commitment to professional ethics in school environments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Speech-Language Pathologists in delivering direct and indirect services to students across a variety of grade levels
  • Assist with implementing therapy plans, documenting progress, and preparing materials
  • Participate in team meetings, collaborate with teachers and staff, and contribute to IEP processes
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
