Soliant is seeking a full time Speech Language Pathologist Assistant. This position offers you the chance to work closely with elementary students in a supportive and collaborative school environment located near San Jacinto, CA. As part of a dedicated team, you’ll help foster communication skills, support student growth, and enjoy professional guidance through provided supervision.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Active SLPA license in California is required
- Previous experience in school settings, particularly with elementary-aged children, is highly valued.
- Comfort adapting your approach for diverse student needs, including those with speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Strong skills in collaboration, written documentation, and communication with teachers, parents, and supervising SLPs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist in implementing treatment plans for elementary students.
- Provide direct and indirect speech and language services, both individually and in small groups.
- Help prepare therapy materials and maintain data on student progress.
- Communicate observations and progress effectively to the SLP and educational staff.
- Contribute to IEP meetings and provide insights for student success.
- Participate in training and supervision sessions to support professional growth.
Compensation Details:
- Weekly Pay
- Hourly Pay Rate: $38-$42
