Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) - San Jacinto, CA

Soliant is seeking a full time Speech Language Pathologist Assistant. This position offers you the chance to work closely with elementary students in a supportive and collaborative school environment located near San Jacinto, CA. Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Active SLPA license in California is required
• Previous experience in school settings, particularly with elementary-aged children, is highly valued.
• Comfort adapting your approach for diverse student needs, including those with speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Strong skills in collaboration, written documentation, and communication with teachers, parents, and supervising SLPs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist in implementing treatment plans for elementary students.
• Provide direct and indirect speech and language services, both individually and in small groups.
• Help prepare therapy materials and maintain data on student progress.
• Communicate observations and progress effectively to the SLP and educational staff.
• Contribute to IEP meetings and provide insights for student success.
• Participate in training and supervision sessions to support professional growth.

Compensation Details:

• Weekly Pay
• Hourly Pay Rate: $38-$42
