You'll split your time between two elementary schools and one middle school in a vibrant community, with the chance to make a meaningful difference every day.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) in California
  • Experience in a school-based setting preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Ready to work full time, on campus, during typical school hours (likely 7:45 AM – 3:45 PM)
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced educational environment and build rapport with students, faculty, and families

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language support services to students under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Serve two elementary schools and one middle school (rotating: one campus 3 days per week, the other campuses 1 day each)
  • Implement therapy plans, monitor student progress, and document services
  • Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support students' academic and social success
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to IEP discussions as needed
