What you’ll bring:

  • Valid SLPA license or certification (California)
  • Previous experience in a school setting is a plus, but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to collaborate with supervising SLPs, teachers, and staff

Your key responsibilities:

  • Work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to implement speech therapy services for students with a variety of needs
  • Provide direct and indirect therapy in accordance with IEP goals and treatment plans
  • Track and document student progress, assisting with data collection and reporting
  • Prepare materials for therapy sessions, adapting activities to meet individual student needs
  • Participate in team meetings and support communication between families, educators, and SLPs
