Desired qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders or related field
  • SLPA license (active or pending at time of interview)
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Passion for supporting students’ speech and language development
  • Previous experience in schools (preferred but not required)
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow as part of an interdisciplinary educational team

Primary responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students under the supervision of a credentialed SLP
  • Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and support students’ communication goals within the school environment
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and services delivered
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to ensure consistent support for each student
  • Participate in team meetings, including IEP reviews and planning sessions
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive school culture focused on student success
