You'll collaborate closely on-site with licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to deliver impactful speech and language services, helping students thrive and reach their communication goals. Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Speech Communications, or an AAS from an SLPA program
- Current, active SLPA license or certification
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills—especially vital when working with staff, students, and families in diverse situations
- Comfortable traveling between multiple school sites as needed during the school day
- Ability to provide both direct and indirect speech and language services per student IEPs
- Must be able to work onsite; remote or virtual assignments are not offered at this time
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Document progress, report on student outcomes, and communicate effectively with educational staff and families
- Travel between assigned school buildings during scheduled hours, ensuring continuity and consistency of care
- Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development sessions
- Uphold district, state, and federal policies governing student support services
