Qualifications/Desired Experience:

  • Valid SLPA licensure or credential in California required
  • Previous experience in a school environment or pediatrics strongly preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to adapt to new situations and demonstrate flexibility in a dynamic school setting
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Proficient with common teletherapy platforms and digital documentation

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work under the guidance of a licensed virtual SLP supervisor to deliver speech and language interventions to students
  • Implement prescribed therapy plans to help students achieve IEP goals
  • Support student progress through individual or group sessions
  • Accurately maintain and update progress reports and session notes
  • Assist with parent, teacher, and staff communications as appropriate
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the collaborative planning process
