What You’ll Bring:

  • Current and active North Carolina SLPA license (required)
  • Experience working within school-based settings as an SLPA
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Dedication to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment
  • Ability to follow treatment plans designed by supervising SLPs
  • Adaptability and organizational skills within a fast-paced educational team

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy services alongside supervising SLPs
  • Carry out prescribed interventions and activities
  • Support data collection, progress monitoring, and documentation
  • Communicate student needs and progress to colleagues and supervisors
  • Collaborate with teachers and multidisciplinary staff to promote an optimal learning atmosphere
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to individualized education planning as directed
