Desired Qualifications:
- Valid or eligible SLPA license in the state
- Recent experience working with school-aged children, ideally in an educational setting
- Familiarity with speech and language intervention techniques and data collection
- Ability to collaborate effectively with SLPs, educators, and support staff
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out speech and language activities designed by supervising Speech-Language Pathologists
- Provide direct therapeutic services to students individually and in small groups
- Assist in documenting student progress and maintaining accurate records
- Support SLPs in assessments and the preparation of therapy materials
- Communicate regularly with teachers and families regarding student progress as directed
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to IEP goal implementation
