Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid SLPA license or certification
• Proven experience working as an SLPA in a school setting
• Familiarity with supporting IEP implementation and collaborating with SLPs
• Comfortable providing direct therapy services to students individually and in small groups
• Strong communication and record-keeping skills
• Ability to work onsite and adapt to the needs of a diverse student population

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist in delivering therapy and collecting data
• Work with students across various grade levels
• Support SLPs in preparing materials and carrying out intervention plans
• Document student progress and communicate updates as needed
• Collaborate with educational staff to contribute to a holistic learning environment
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all school policies and practices
