This role provides services for a K-12 caseload and offers both full-time and part-time scheduling options to best fit your lifestyle. Assignments are available immediately through the end of the school year, as well as continuing into the 2025-2026 school year.
Desired Background:
- Completed SLPA program and valid state licensure
- Previous experience in school environments or with K-12 populations is preferred
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with educators, students, and families
- Ability to follow the guidance of supervising Speech-Language Pathologists
- Experience or readiness to assist with a diverse range of speech and language needs
- Organized, responsible, and adaptable to dynamic educational settings
Your Daily Impact:
- Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions to students, based on IEPs and under SLP supervision
- Document student progress and maintain clear records
- Contribute to the implementation of classroom programs and communication strategies
- Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and staff development as needed
- Support a collaborative and inclusive environment for all students
- Adjust support according to evolving student and team needs
