Key Qualifications:

  • Current SLPA license, with eligibility to practice in a school environment
  • Prior experience working within school settings is strongly preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, teachers, and families
  • Ability to adapt to the diverse needs of students across K-12th grades
  • A collaborative approach to working within a multi-disciplinary educational team

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in line with students' IEPs
  • Support students individually or in small groups to achieve communication goals
  • Track and document student progress and session notes accurately
  • Participate in team meetings, staff trainings, and parent communications as needed
  • Contribute to a positive learning environment tailored to each student’s needs
