You’ll support K-12th grade caseloads, offering direct intervention and engaging communication support for students of varying abilities. With your expertise, you’ll help implement therapy plans designed by Speech-Language Pathologists, track student progress, and contribute to a positive school experience.

Key Qualifications:

• SLPA license or certification required
• Prior experience in schools or pediatric settings strongly preferred
• Familiarity working with K-12 populations
• Ability to adapt approaches for a wide student age range
• Strong organizational skills and dedication to supporting learning goals
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language support under supervisor direction
• Assist in developing and delivering therapy materials for diverse student needs
• Monitor, document, and report student progress
• Collaborate with SLPs, teachers, and family members
• Participate in IEP meetings and student support teams as needed
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive school environment
