Key Qualifications:

  • Current SLPA license or certification

  • Ability to implement speech and language therapy plans under supervision of an SLP

  • Reliable, organized, and able to manage a full caseload independently

Responsibilities Include:

  • Deliver direct intervention services to students under the guidance of an SLP
  • Support implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collect and document data on student progress, maintaining accurate records
  • Prepare and adapt therapy materials to engage students effectively
  • Participate in meetings and collaborate with school staff, teachers, and families
  • Assist with screenings and assessment tasks as directed by supervising SLP
