Key Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license or certification
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Ability to manage and support diverse caseloads of K-12 students
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Commitment to fostering communication skills in students

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
• Assist in implementing IEP goals and therapy plans for students across multiple grade levels
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families
• Collect data, document student progress, and contribute to IEP team meetings
• Help facilitate a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
