Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Holds a valid SLPA license or certification in accordance with state requirements
- Experience with school-aged populations (preferred, but not required)
- Familiarity with IEP processes and educational documentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt activities for a variety of student needs
- Reliable, organized, and professional
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy to students under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Implement treatment activities tailored to individual communication goals
- Collect data, monitor progress, and report on student performance
- Assist with screening and informal assessments as directed
- Participate in team meetings and support documentation needs
