Desired Qualifications:

  • Active SLPA licensure in the state
  • Previous experience or strong interest working with K-12 student populations
  • Familiarity with providing direct therapy, maintaining records, and tracking student progress
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt approaches to meet different student needs

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy to students across K-12 grades under the direct supervision of an onsite SLP
  • Document sessions accurately, maintaining compliance with school and state requirements
  • Support students with varying communication disorders and language needs
  • Collaborate with the onsite SLP and other educational professionals for comprehensive student care
  • Track caseload progress and participate in team meetings as needed
  • Communicate regularly with staff and families regarding student progress
