Step into a rewarding contract opportunity providing support to PreK through 1st grade learners as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA). This full-time position offers a consistent 35-hour workweek, beginning July 31, 2026, and extending through May 21, 2027. Focus your expertise on a manageable caseload of approximately 25 young students in an energetic educational environment.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Valid SLPA license or certification, meeting applicable state requirements
  • Prior experience or strong interest in serving PreK–1st grade populations in a school environment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with teachers, supervisors, and families
  • Ability to contribute to therapy planning and delivery under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Organizational skills for managing student documentation and progress records

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support delivery of speech and language therapy to a caseload of 25 students under SLP supervision
  • Implement individualized treatment plans aligned with each student's goals
  • Assist with screenings, assessments, and therapy session preparation
  • Track student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and legal mandates
  • Communicate regularly with the supervising SLP, classroom teachers, and parents regarding student progress
  • Participate in team meetings and collaborate within the school’s multidisciplinary environment
