In this role, you'll collaborate closely with speech-language pathologists and educators to deliver effective, supportive language and speech services to students at all grade levels.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Valid Washington State SLPA license (or willingness to obtain)
- Previous experience in a school setting serving K-12 students preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
- Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning atmosphere

What You’ll Do:
- Assist the speech-language pathologist in implementing therapy plans and conducting interventions
- Work directly with students to support speech, language, and communication goals
- Document student progress and maintain accurate and confidential records
- Provide support within general and special education classrooms as needed
- Engage in team collaboration with educators, staff, and families to meet student needs
This full-time, contract assignment is structured for 32 hours per week, providing consistent engagement with diverse student populations. You’ll have the chance to make meaningful connections and contribute to educational success stories for an entire academic year.
