School Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) | Snohomish, Washington

In this role, you'll collaborate closely with speech-language pathologists and educators to deliver effective, supportive language and speech services to students at all grade levels.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Valid Washington State SLPA license (or willingness to obtain)
• Previous experience in a school setting serving K-12 students preferred
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
• Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning atmosphere

What You’ll Do:

• Assist the speech-language pathologist in implementing therapy plans and conducting interventions
• Work directly with students to support speech, language, and communication goals
• Document student progress and maintain accurate and confidential records
• Provide support within general and special education classrooms as needed
• Engage in team collaboration with educators, staff, and families to meet student needs
