You’ll work alongside certified speech-language pathologists to deliver direct services, implement therapy plans, and help students achieve meaningful progress in their speech and language skills.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active SLPA license or eligibility to practice as an SLPA in the state
  • Previous experience serving school-aged children preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities
  • Comfortable working under supervision of a speech-language pathologist
  • Adaptable and patient, with a passion for helping students succeed

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language services to students as outlined in IEPs, under the guidance of SLPs
  • Assist with screening, documentation, and progress monitoring
  • Support the SLP with lesson preparation, material organization, and daily activities
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate language strategies into the classroom
  • Participate in meetings and training as needed to best support students’ developmental needs
