Qualifications:
- Valid North Carolina SLPA license (required)
- Previous experience in a school-based setting or with pediatric populations preferred
- Familiarity with a variety of speech and language disorders

- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic educational environment
Responsibilities:
- Implement therapy activities designed by supervising SLPs to support students’ speech and language development
- Work one-on-one or with small groups to address individual student needs
- Track student performance and maintain accurate documentation according to school and state requirements
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to promote best outcomes for every student
