This full-time, onsite position is based near Spring Lake, NC, with opportunities to make a difference across multiple locations—including elementary, middle, or high school settings. As a key partner for Speech-Language Pathologists and school staff, you’ll directly contribute to students’ communication growth and facilitate meaningful progress.
Key Qualifications:
- Active and valid North Carolina SLPA license (required)
- Previous experience in schools or healthcare settings highly preferred
- Adaptability across different age groups and school environments
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Comfort working collaboratively with SLPs, educators, and families
- Commitment to working onsite throughout the assignment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of speech/language therapy services as directed by the supervising SLP
- Prepare and implement individualized activities that target each student’s therapy goals
- Maintain accurate records of sessions and progress, ensuring compliance with school requirements
- Collaborate with school staff to foster an accessible learning environment for all students
- Travel between assigned school sites as needed
- Participate in team meetings, IEP development, and ongoing professional learning
This contract opportunity starts on August 13, 2026, and runs through May 27, 2027, with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule and 37.5 hours per week.
