Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current, active North Carolina SLPA license required
  • Previous experience working as an SLPA in a school setting highly preferred
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with educators, therapists, and families
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional support and services for students
  • Proficiency with documentation and report writing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech-language intervention under the supervision of an SLP
  • Support implementation of IEP goals for assigned students
  • Collect data and maintain accurate student records
  • Assist with screenings and assessments as needed
  • Foster a positive, supportive learning environment
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to student progress discussions
