- Prior experience in schools and sign language proficiency is required
Primary Duties:
- Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Provide direct support to students, focusing on their unique speech and language goals
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary staff to ensure comprehensive support
- Adapt therapy materials and activities for diverse learners and varying communication abilities
- Record and report on student progress, maintaining thorough and accurate documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings when necessary, sharing valuable input regarding student needs
