Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language services to students in 1st through 5th grade, following individualized education plans
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records per school and legal requirements
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers to promote inclusive communication techniques and classroom strategies
  • Participate in meetings with educational teams to discuss student progress and adapt support plans as needed
  • Support the development of students’ communication, speech, and language skills in small groups and one-on-one
